It is a time of the year for Fragrant olives (known as golden osmanthus) which is an orient origin botanical and has soft sweet scent when it blooms orange golden flower. During the blooming season, these aesthetic scent gives quiet sensation as well as the sign of the arrival of autumn ( at least in Asian continent ).
The weather is lingering the last slither of summer heat and breeze is soft and pleasant on the skin. Subtle yet beautiful aroma floats around. By the river or especially when I open my bedroom window, especially at night, the room is soothed by the soft and aesthetic fragrance. It is a little bliss moment.
